Shipping & Delivery

New Zealand - Due to the custom hand-made nature of most of the Wildmount products, please allow for 2-3 days before shipping. All NZ orders will be sent using PBT Couriers (Track and Trace) unless you are in a far to reach rural environment where we will use NZ Post. All North Island deliveries cost $10. All South Island deliveries cost $7.50
International - Due to the custom hand-made nature of most of the Wildmount products, please allow for 2-3 days before shipping. Using NZ Postal Services, our overseas shipping charges are based on where in the world they are to be sent and upon weight of the parcel and are automatically calculated upon placement of an order.
There are 2 options: 
International Air  3 - 10 day service  
International Economy Courier (Tracked and Signature required)  2 - 6 day service. Includes Insurance.
For overseas orders, GST does not apply and will be automatically deducted. delivery charge does not include any import duties or local taxes, for which the recipient is responsible. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
For overseas orders that contain animal products such as Red Deer Antler (Cervus elaphus), Chamois Horn (Rupicapra rupicapra), or Possum Feet or Tail (Trichosurus vulpeula) , please check with your customs office, the regulations for the importation of animal products. The antler, horn and possum bits are of New Zealand origin and are not endangered species. They have been professionally treated by Wildmount. The Buffalo Horn (Bubalus bubalis) handles origin is India.
Wildmount is a Registered Exporter.  An Export Permit can be issued if required. Cost is $60.00 with an average delay of 1 week. Please contact Pete if you are unsure of the above.
Please note, the above is a precautionary measure but worth checking out for UK and Australia.

Where you voluntarily provide personal information (e.g. through online forms or email requests), we are required as a minimum to hold your personal information as directed under the Privacy Act 1993. The Privacy Act 1993 regulates us through the Information Privacy Principles as to how we collect, use, hold, disclose, access, correct, manage and dispose of your personal information.

Some information, however, is automatically retrieved while visiting our site, such as site browsing patterns. Please be assured that in the event that any personal information is sourced we only use this information in aggregate form so that no effort is made to identify individual visitors.

Returns & Replacements

You may return products to us where the products are faulty or damaged. Returns must be in their original condition and packaging and accompanied with a copy of your invoice and reason for return.
Returns are to be sent to: PBT Couriers, 5 Bristol St, Riverlands Estate, Blenheim.

Where a product has been custom built outside of the online options, we are unable to accept returns. This also applies to custom 'initialled' product.
All Wildmount sticks have a Lifetime Warranty against manufacturers defects and faults. This does not include abuse.


It's easy to check the status of your order! First, visit online Order Status and enter your user ID and password.

On the Your Orders page, an order status message displays above each of your items. Order status messages include:

We've Received your Order - We will begin processing your order soon. You can edit your order details once the order enters the the Processing Items status.
Processing Items - We're processing your order right now. You can edit your order details through online Order Status, or by contacting Wildmount Online Store Customer Service.
Preparing for Shipment - We are preparing your item(s) to ship. While your item is being prepared, we are unable to edit your order details. We will email you a Shipment Notification with complete order details once your item leaves our warehouse.
Shipped - Your item has shipped. Your carrier tracking number will be updated in online Order Status and the carrier's website within 24 hours.

Payment, Pricing & Promotions

Wildmount accepts MasterCard, Visa, Visa Debit Cards, Paypal.

We do not currently accept international wire transfers or Smart Cards.

Viewing Orders

Check Order Status
It's easy to check the status of your order! Just visit wildmount.com online select My Account and sign in with your User ID and password to get a summary of any orders placed online. You'll see your order number, the date the order was placed, the status of the order, order total, the shipping method, and package tracking information for items that have shipped. If you placed your order over the phone or via mail/fax, you can check your order status by contacting one of our customer services specialists at 035757574 or emailing Customer Support.

Updating Account Information

You can update your Wildmount account information at any time. Here's how:

Sign in to your account.
Click the Account tab.
Edit the appropriate fields.
Click Save profile.

Wildmount is committed to preserving the security of your information, and will not share your private contact information with anyone except under the very limited circumstances described in our Privacy Policy. Only your public business information, such as your business’s address, public website, and return/cancellation policies, will be shared with buyers to help them address any questions they may have about their orders.
